Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a booking made online within 14 days, without giving reasons.
Withdrawal information
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you receive our booking confirmation by email.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Apex Vanguard Dynamics LLC, Muhrengasse 53, 1100 Vienna, Austria, hello@michellefernando.com) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your notice. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund.
If you asked for a session to take place during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided up to the point you told us you were withdrawing.
Early expiry. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided, if you expressly asked for it to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed. When you book a session that takes place within 14 days, you are asked to confirm this.
This right is separate from the free cancellation up to 48 hours before a session described in the Terms and Conditions, which applies to everyone.
